Statement of intent: Amazingly, I've never played the VN, let alone owning it. There's such a thing called knowing the general picture via web search. If there's anything to go by here, I blame a certain somebody mentioning Saya no Uta when I brought up Urobuchi Gen due to Fate/Zero. Goes something like:

Me: Man, Urobuchi Gen is sure screwed up.

T.F: Take a look at Saya no Uta, dude. That's far worse off.

A few days later... perception on visual novels has taken a turn for the worst. The guys at Nitro Plus are way too damned good in doing dark stuff. G.R.R. Martin might have found a parallel of himself. -.-'

Reason for this screwed up post: I teared up despite all that has happened in-plot b/c of this.
